Property description

The Masia de Llaràs is a modest but comfortable traditional catalan farmhouse situated in the countryside, near the forest and with wonderful views over the mountains.
It's located on the outskirts, a 1.5 km, of Peramea.
Peramea is a little medieval village of just 50 residents. There you can find a small restaurant, Can Josep, where they serve typical food.
Our cottage is 30' from Sort, the capital of Pallars Sobirà.

ABOUT ACCOMODATION:
On the ground floor is the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffemaker and everything that is needed for cooking. In the living room you will find a fantastic fireplce and large TV.
The countryhouse offers 3 doble bedrooms and 1 dormitory with 2 single beds and 1 double. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite shower. There are 2 more shared bathrooms.

Outside you can enjoy a barbacue and there is a nice playarea for kids(with a slide, swings, sand...)

WHAT TO DO IN THE HOUSE?
It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature with your family.
Here you can forget the car, the stress and the pollution of the city.
We will be happy to show you the activities of the house: you can visit the henhouse and collect the eggs in the evenning, or feed the donkeys and take a walk with them.
In summer you can visit the garden and enjoy tasting a variety of ecological vegetables.
And in winter you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace!

WHAT TO DO AROUND THE HOUSE? From here you can make many trips and nature walks.
A few kilomeers from the house there is a geat lake karstic called Montcortés where you can enjoy a nice swim in the crystal clear water.
Nature lovers will encounter a variety of birds of prey and scavengers like vultures, griffon and black vulture, osprey and many kinds of eagles.
For athletes there is a wide range of adventure sports: canyoning, raffting, kayaking on the river Noguera Pallaresa...

    Hemos estado una familia de 8 personas con 4 perritos en la Masia y lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Gina y Pep han sido muy acogedores y nos han facilitado mucho la estancia. La casa reune condiciones optimas para pasar unas tranquilas vacaciones. El entorno es precioso con unas vistas muy bonitas. Estas cerca de las zonas mas turisticas y del parque nacional de San Mauricio. Eso si hay que ir bien equipados de comida. Se pueden hacer paseos y rutas de senderismo sin tener que coger el coche. Seguro volveremos.

    L'entorn és meravellós. La casa està totalment equipada i molt neta, plena de racons bonics i ben trobats. L'acollida i el tracte dels propietaris excel·lent en tot moment. Gaudeixes de la natura, dels animals de granja, de la bassa, de l'estany de Montcortés i d'un firmament a la nit espectacular perquè no hi ha contaminació lumínica. Sens dubte hi tornarem.     Els amos, el Pep i la Gina, són molt amables, ens van fer sentir com a casa, són una parella encantadora. El lloc és meravellós i idíl·lic i la masia és fantàstica, segur que hi tornarem.

    Estuvimos encantados de volver a la Masia. Ya estuvimos el año pasado y quisimos repetir. Y no descartamos la idea de volver rn más ocasiones. Lugar encantador para relajarse y desconectar y sobretodo muy buena gente!!
