Entry takes you into the grounds of the property. A large covered terrace greets you, wonderful for Al fresco eating. Off this terrace leads you to the main entry door and small inner vestibule.
Cristal glass doors open into an open plan split level lounge/dining room, with its feature beams and stone walls. A step up from dining area, leads through an arch and takes you directly into the spacious fully fitted traditional kitchen with beams and door that leads out onto the covered terrace. Leading directly off the kitchen is a separate pantry and next to this, a separate laundry room.
Archway leads off the lounge/dining into an inner hall. To the left is a double bedroom with beams and fitted wardrobe, to the right a small step up leads you into a shower bathroom with a large walk in shower and feature his and hers wash bowls. Note. This shower is ideal for wheelchair access.
From this inner hall a door leads out to a spacious uncovered patio terrace with table ideal for privacy.

From the landing, a step up on your right leads you into a large twin bedroom with sloping beams and fitted wardrobe. A step up on your left leads you into a complete bathroom with separate shower and full bath, his and hers wash bowls, this bathroom has feature stone wall and sloping beams. A further step up leads you on the right to a nice twin bedroom feature stone wall, fitted wardrobes and sloping beams. Directly infront leads into the large Master double Bedroom with stone wall, and decorative feature iron headboard, leading off the bedroom is the very spacious private ensuite complete bathroom with its separate shower, semi circular bath, and his and hers wash bowls, both rooms have sloping beams.

The super large pool with its roman steps access, is located to the side of the house and is accessed by small gate and 9 steps that lead up to the open terraces that surround the pool, terraces and pool offer lovely views of the countryside beyond. Adjacent to the pool is the garden area with grassed lawn, idea for children to play or relaxing under the trees.

The fantastic large purposely built fully covered BBQ is completely separate from the House, and is adjacent the covered terrace with easy access to the pool and garden area, ideal for entertaining.
