Casa Grande occupies an area of 1 544 square meters, with central heating – and fireplaces in the rest areas in the main building (with five rooms).
Around one of the courtyards five studios are also available – with 1/2 rooms, bathroom, rest area with kitchenette, wood stove and tv (each), with direct access to the village street, allowing guests to bring pets.
The guests have access to free wi- fi, billiard, snooker, table football, ping pong table, bikes and 2 outdoor swimming pools.

easy With easey access to the Mondego river, with its water mills and beaches, Casa Grande is a good place to rest but also to visit natural places of rare beauty, as well as archaeologic sites of great interest, such as the megalithic, calcolitic and roman vestiges of Cortiçô, Fraga da Pena and Fornos de Algodres, the medieval castles of Belmonte, Celorico and Linhares and the monumental historic centers of Guarda and Viseu, with their cathedrals.
Local gastronomy keeps the traditional recipes (lamb, pork, river fish and game dishes with chestnuts and mushrooms) and offers first quality local products like wine (Dão) cheese (Serra), olive oil and ryan bread.
